Javier Cid Bernardo (UK Tour)
Javier Cid started his training as a ballet dancer in the Royal Professional Conservatory of Dance in Madrid. Afterwards, he earned a scholarship at the prestigious English National Ballet School in London to complete his training. He has always had a huge interest in Musical Theatre, that is why he has also taken Jazz and Singing classes from a very early age.
During his training, he has performed in several theaters in cities like Paris, London, Madrid performing choreographies from Nacho Duato (Madrigal), Jorge Garcia (Majissimos), Christopher Hampson (Flow), Marius Petipa (Sleeping Beauty, Pas de deux of Satanella, Giselle, Pas de deux of Quixote) George Ballanchine (Allegro Brillante).
He has appeared on Spanish television, working as a dancer: Gala Nuevo Futuro in TVE (Television Española) 2001.
He also earned DaDa (Dance and Drama) Awards in London consisting of a scholarship to complete his training at the prestigious English National Ballet.
